MTT is an emerging Cambodian owned & managed consulting firm providing project management services, especially in Cambodia, to a wide range of development assistance projects, as well to some private sector entities, its former name was EVANOVA. EVANOVA stands for Independent Evaluation Team for Innovation and Change which wsa formed in March 2007 by a small group of Cambodian professional who are well educated and experienced in program evaluation and training consultancy services.
